Making a Purchase
All our prices are in UK pounds. The currency converter will give you an approximate price in your local currency. Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Online Store, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept all major credit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Our web site is fully secure, so your card details remain safe.
Cheque Payments
We offer the option to pay by cheque. If you choose this option you must send your cheque first before you receive your goods. We will dispatch your order on receipt of the cheque.
Credit Card Security
We use a 128-bit server and we have implemented the highest security systems available. We do not store payment details.
Refunds
We guarantee your satisfaction. If the product you receive is not as you expected, you may return it within 14 days for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
